Homogenisers Bench
Designed to emulsify, blend, or mix organic and inorganic materials, the bench homogenizers rapidly process multiple samples without the possibility of cross-contamination. The countertop machines are specifically engineered to prepare materials for uniformity in a wide range of blending methods. Manual or automated benchtop homogenizers have user-friendly control systems for straightforward processing. Compact units are optimized for use in small work environments that have limited surface space.

UTTD Control Pharma Solution Homogenising System
Supplier: IKA
Many standardised test procedures in the pharmaceutical industry, such as the pharmacopoeia tests described in official compendia (United States Pharmacopeia (USP 905), European Pharmacopoeia (PhEur 2.9.40), etc.), require the crushing and dissolution of tablets as a first step before further analysis. The challenges in sample preparation include the avoidance of cross-contamination between sample batches, time-consuming cleaning and the often small sample quantities.

Metal Lysing Tube 50 ml with Grinding Ball
Supplier: MP Biomedicals
Titanium’s strength is comparable to steel however its weight is 40% lower. Constructed from titanium, these tubes and grinding matrix are tough enough to stand up to the most demanding mechanical punishment that can cause traditional thermoplastic tubes to crack. The tubes are machined from premium grade billet and deliver superior strength over less expensive production methods. An oblique angle conical bottom provides a better impact surface than the rounded bottoms of deep-drawn tubes.
