Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S)

We are dedicated to the safety of our communities, our colleagues and the environment.

Our approach involves EH&S professionals and process engineers who identify risks and implement solutions to prevent accidents or environmental impacts before they occur. A robust auditing program is in place at every facility to ensure that we measure performance and drive continuous improvement.

Core EH&S areas of focus:

  • Protect our people, facilities and the environment
  • Compliance with regulatory and international requirements, including: ISO 14001, SEVESO, OSHA, EPA, DOT and more
  • Monitor regulatory agencies for changing requirements
  • Partner with operational leaders to meet EH&S requirements
  • Ensure effective communication

IMPACT allows team members to recognize one another for their contributions in helping our business set science in motion to create a better world.
