2. Is Avantor a staffing agency?

Avantor is not a staffing agency. However, we sometimes provide our customers with expert Avantor onsite personnel to manage day-to-day operations and optimization of their labs.

4. How is Avantor ensuring the safety of its associates

5. How is your team honoring Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion?

We live our commitment to DE&I through educational opportunities, open discussion, safe space sharing sessions, and year-round activities from our employee resource groups – we call them Associate Centric Teams (ACTs). 6. How do I know if you received my job application?

You will receive a confirmation email stating that your application has been received. You can also log into your candidate account and review the status of your application by going into the Candidate Home tab.

7. I don't have a computer. Am I able to complete the needed paperwork on my cell phone?

Yes, you can submit your application and other needed paperwork via cell phone.

8. What should I expect during the application process?

There are five main phases in our hiring process: Application, Recruiter Screening (virtual or in-person – Estimated time: 20-45 minutes), Business Interviews (virtual or in-person – Estimated time: 30-60 minutes each), Offer Decision, and Onboarding (i.e., background/drug screenings dependent upon location, etc.).

9. What factors are considered when Avantor's Talent Acquisition team reviews candidates?

Our team reviews each application based on the role’s required qualifications, including education, certifications, past work experience, skills, etc. Certain roles may also require the applicant to work onsite, hybrid, or remotely. Additionally, if applicable, applicants must provide work authorization documentation.

10. How do I know my application will be considered as part of a fair and unbiased recruiting process?
