AMPLIseal™ is a self-adhesive sealing film notable for its low autofluorescence, in particular in the wavelength range critical for Real Time PCR. It consists of a thick PP film coated with a transparent acrylate adhesive. The adhesive layer is protected by a peelable polyester film.
