Whole cell lysates are derived from cell lines tissues using highly refined extraction protocols to ensure quality, protein integrity and high reproducibility. Lysates are prepared in denaturing buffer without dissociating agents.

Whole cell lysates are ready to use for SDS-PAGE and Western blotting purposes. All extracts are tested by SDS-PAGE using 4 to 20% gradient gels and immunoblot analysis using antibodies to key cell signaling components to confirm the presence of both high molecular weight and low molecular weight proteins.

Each vial contains 1mg/ml of protein in SDS-PAGE sample buffer. The sample buffer consists of 0,05 mM Tris Hcl, 2% SDS, 10% glycerol and 0,1% bromophenol blue at pH 6,8.
