Human serum used for researching the causes, diagnosis, supportive care and treatment of hepatitis C Virus (HCV). Collected from IRB-consented donors diagnosed with HCV.
No pre-screening is done on fresh products, but donors are tested on day of collection for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV 1/2, HTLV-I/II, HIV-1/HCV/HBV nucleic acid, WNV nucleic acid, Trypanasoma cruzi and Syphilis.
Storage: Store at −80 °C.
