There is currently no cure for HIV or AIDS, however with proper treatment we are able to keep the level of HIV virus in the body low. This donors samples can be used by researchers to investigate biomarker and to develop the diagnostic methodologies, pre-clinical research validation, and drug toxicity and efficacy.
