One tablet dissolved in 1 litre of deionised water yields 140 mM NaCl, 3 mM KCl, 0,05% TWEEN 20 detergent, 10 mM phosphate buffer with a pH of 7,4 at 25 °C.
Can be stored at 15 to 30 °C.
