Fast RNA™ Pro Blue Kit

FastRNA® Pro Blue Kit is used to isolate total RNA from gram positive and gram negative bacteria. Isolated RNA is suitable for RT-PCR analysis and other downstream applications.

Using the FastPrep®-24 or FastPrep® FP120 instrument, up to 10¹⁰ cells are homogenised by Lysing Matrix B in impact-resistant 2 ml tubes. Total RNA is released into the proprietary, protective RNApro™ Solution.
