A ready to use modified BCIP (5-Bromo-4-Chloro-3’-Indolyphosphate p-Toluidine salt) and NBT (Nitro-Blue Tetrazolium Chloride) substrate that generates a black-purple insoluble precipitate in the presence of alkaline phosphatase.
