HUVEC-p - Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells, pooled - are obtained from human tissue, initially isolated in their in vivo state. The cells are then transitioned into a primary cell culture and subsequently aliquoted and frozen for preservation. It's crucial to note that HUVEC-p cultures undergo careful methods during isolation, ensuring that they remain untransformed and unmutated, maintaining characteristics reflective of their in vivo state. These primary cultures have a limited in-vitro lifespan.
