Membranfiltertrakter fjerner effektivt partikler fra væsker før elektronmikroskopi eller lysmikroskopi. Disse enhetene muliggjør mikrobiologisk eluering og konsentrerer fine partikler på standard filterpapir samtidig som de renser filtratet.
