Anti-MID1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 647)
Supplier: Bioss
Midline-1 (Tripartite motif-containing protein 18, Putative transcription factor XPRF, RING finger protein 59) is a 667 amino acid protein encoded by the human gene MID1. Midline-1 belongs to the TRIM/RBCC family and contains two B box-type zinc fingers, one B30.2/SPRY domain, one COS domain, one fibronectin type-III domain and one RING-type zinc finger. Midline-1 is believed to have E3 ubiquitin ligase activity which targets the catalytic subunit of protein phosphatase 2 for degradation. It is a cytoplasmic protein found as a homodimer or heterodimer with Midline-2. It also interacts with IGBP1 (Lymphocyte signaling protein A4). Defects in MID1 are the cause of Opitz syndrome type I (OS-I). OS-I is an X-linked recessive disorder characterized by hypertelorism, genital-urinary defects such as hypospadias in males and splayed labia in females, lip-palate-laryngotracheal clefts, imperforate anus, developmental delay and congenital heart defects. OS-I mutations produce proteins with a decreased affinity for microtubules.

Anti-CD4 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: RPA-T4] (VioletFluor® 450)
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
The RPA-T4 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to the CD4 receptor for the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). CD4 is a 59 kDa single-chain transmembrane glycoprotein that expressed on the surface of most of the thymocytes, T-helper cells, and in low levels on monocytes and macrophages. CD4 is a co-receptor in the antigen-induced T cell activation, together with the MHC class II. The RPA-T4 antibody is capable of blocking HIV binding and inhibiting syncytium formation, by binding to the D1 domain of the CD4 antigen. The OKT4 and the RPA-T4 monoclonal antibodies recognize different epitopes of CD4 and they do not exhibit cross-block binding.BG Violet 450 conjugate is an alternative to the Pacific Blue, eFluor 450, or BD Horizon V450 dyes. It is excited by the violet (405 nm) laser, with a peak emission of 450 nm.

Anti-HA Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: 3E9H5 ]
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Swine H1N1 Hemagglutinin Monoclonal Antibody: Influenza A virus has one of sixteen possible Hemagglutinin (HA) surface proteins and one of nine possible Neuraminidase (NA) surface proteins. In early 2009, a novel H1N1 swine-origin influenza (S-OIV) A virus was identified in specimens obtained from patients in Mexico and the United States. The genetic make-up of this swine flu virus is unlike any other: it is an H1N1 strain that combines a triple assortment first identified in 1998 including human, swine, and avian influenza with two new pig H3N2 virus genes from Eurasia, themselves of recent human origin. This antibody is specific for the novel swine influenza Hemagglutinin and will not recognize the corresponding Hemagglutinin sequence from the seasonal H1N1 influenza (A/Brisbane/59/2007 (H1N1)).

Drying ovens with forced convection
Supplier: TERMAKS
The TS9000 series consists of four different models with capacities from 26 to 430 litres. The interior housing and shelves are made of stainless steel. The exterior is constructed of electrolytically galvanised steel sheets, coated with a grey epoxy polyester paint (RAL 7035). The three smallest units are bench top models that are stackable. They can be wall mounted using brackets. The largest model is freestanding and has adjustable feet. Units have a choice of two timer systems: the default standard timer which can be set to maximum 99 hours and 59 minutes, or a real time programme which makes it possible to operate the chamber at two different temperatures daily or weekly. Ovens have an automatic safety thermostat which increases safety and is simple to operate.

Mouse recombinant IL13Ra12 (from HEK293 cells)
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Interleukin 13 receptor, alpha 1 is also known as IL13RA1, NR4 and CD213A1 (cluster of differentiation 213A1), The IL13 Rα1 cDNA encodes a 427 amino acid (aa) residue precursor protein with a putative 21 aa residue signal peptide, a 324 aa residue extracellular domain, a 23 aa residue transmembrane region and a 59 aa residue cytoplasmic tail. Human and mouseIL13Rα1 share 76% aa sequence identity. IL13RA1 is a subunit of the interleukin 13 receptor. This subunit forms a receptor complex with IL4 receptor alpha, a subunit shared by IL13 and IL4 receptors. This subunit serves as a primary IL13-binding subunit of the IL13 receptor, and may also be a component of IL4 receptors. This protein has been shown to bind tyrosine kinase TYK2, and thus may mediate the signaling processes that lead to the activation of JAK1, STAT3 and STAT6 induced by IL13 and IL4.

This antibody cocktail recognizes acidic (Type I or LMW) and basic (Type II or HMW) cytokeratins, with 67 kDa (CK1); 64 kDa (CK3); 59 kDa (CK4); 58 kDa (CK5); 56 kDa (CK6); 55 kDa (CK7); 52 kDa (CK8); 56.5 kDa (CK10); 53 kDa (CK13); 50 kDa (CK14); 50 kDa (CK15); 48 kDa (CK16); 46 kDa (CK17); 45 kDa (CK18) and 40 kDa (CK19). Many studies have shown the usefulness of keratins as markers in cancer research and tumor diagnosis. KRT-PAN is a broad spectrum anti pan-cytokeratin antibody cocktail, which differentiates epithelial tumors from non-epithelial tumors e.g. squamous vs. adenocarcinoma of the lung, liver carcinoma, breast cancer, and esophageal cancer. It is useful in characterizing the source of various neoplasms and to study the distribution of cytokeratin containing cells in epithelia during normal development and during the development of epithelial neoplasms. This antibody stains cytokeratins present in normal and abnormal human tissues and shows high sensitivity in the recognition of epithelial cells and carcinomas.

Mouse recombinant IL-1 RII
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Mouse Interleukin 1 receptor, type II (IL1R2) is a cytokine receptor that belongs to the interleukin-1 receptor family. This protein binds interleukin alpha (IL1A), interleukin beta (IL1B), and interleukin 1 receptor, type I (IL1R1/IL1RA), and acts as a decoy receptor that inhibits the activity of its ligands. IL-1R2 structurally consisting of a ligand binding portion comprised of three Ig-like domains, a single transmembrane region, and a short cytoplasmic domain. It is expressed in a variety of cell types including B lymphocytes, neutrophils, monocytes, large granular leukocytes and endothelial cells. Mouse IL1RII shares 59% amino acid sequence homology with human IL1 RII in their extracellular domains. The pleiotropic cytokine IL1 is produced to regulate development and maintenance of the inflammatory responses, and binds to specific plasma membrane receptors on cells. Two distinct types of IL1 receptors which are able to bind IL1 specifically have been identified, designated as IL1RI (IL1RA) and IL1RII (IL1RB). IL1R1 contributes to IL-1 signalling, whereas the IL-1R2 has no signalling property and acts as a decoy for IL-1.
