Anti-GALR1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 680)
Supplier: Bioss
GALR1 is a G-protein-coupled receptor for the neuropeptide galanin that influences endocrine secretions, intestinal motility, memory, weight, and pain perception. GALR1 inhibits adenylyl cyclase via a G protein of the Gi/Go family. GALR1 is widely expressed in the brain and spinal cord, and in peripheral sites such as the small intestine and heart. The rat galanin receptor cDNA cloned from an insulinoma cell line is a predicted 346-amino acid G protein-coupled receptor with 92% homology to the human GALR1.

Human recombinant MMP9 (catalytic domain) (from HEK293 cells)
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Matrix metallopeptidase 9 (MMP-9) is also known as 92 kDa type IV collagenase, 92 kDa gelatinase or gelatinase B (GELB), CLG4B, is secreted from neutrophils, macrophages, and a number of transformed cells, and is the most complex family member in terms of domain structure and regulation of its activity. . Structurally, MMP9 maybe be divided into five distinct domains: a prodomain which is cleaved upon activation, a gelatinbinding domain consisting of three contiguous fibronectin type II units, a catalytic domain containing the zinc binding site, a prolinerich linker region, and a carboxyl terminal hemopexinlike domain. This enzyme degrades various substrates including gelatin, collagen types IV and V, and elastin. MMP9 is involved in a variety of autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, and multiple sclerosis, and be regarded as a potential therapeutic target.

Anti-BPNT1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
BPNT1, also called bisphosphate 3-prime-nucleotidase, or BPntase, is a member of a magnesium-dependent phosphomonoesterase family. Lithium, a major drug used to treat manic depression, acts as an uncompetitive inhibitor of BPntase. The predicted human protein is 92% identical to mouse BPntase. BPntase's physiologic role in nucleotide metabolism may be regulated by inositol signaling pathways. The inhibition of human BPntase may account for lithium-induced nephrotoxicity.BPNT1, also called bisphosphate 3-prime-nucleotidase, or BPntase, is a member of a magnesium-dependent phosphomonoesterase family. Human recombinant Semenogelin-1 (from cells)
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Semenogelin-1 (SEMG1) is the predominant protein in semen; it is a secretory protein involved in the formation of a gel matrix entrapping the accessory gland secretions and ejaculated spermatozoa. The prostate-specific antigen (PSA) protease processes SEMG1 into smaller peptides, each possibly having a separate function. In the proteolysis process, Alpha-inhibin-92 and alpha-inhibin-31 are produced; they inhibit the secretion of pituitary follicle-stimulating hormone. At the same time, it breaks down the gel matrix, allowing the spermatozoa to move more freely.

Anti-TIMP2 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: SPM356]
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
It recognises a protein of 21 kDa, identified as tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases 2 (TIMP2). It is closely related to TIMP1 and shows the highest binding affinity to both the latent (pro) and active forms of 72 kDa Type IV collagenase (also known as MMP2 or gelatinase A). It also has affinity for the active form of 92 kDa Type IV collagenase (also known as MMP9 or gelatinase B). TIMP2 inhibits the proteolytic invasiveness of tumor cells and normal placental trophoblast cells.

Anti-SDC1 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: DL-101] (PE (Phycoerythrin))
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
The DL-101 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with human CD138, a 85-92 kDa type I heparan sulfate proteoglycan. CD138 is known as Syndecan-1 and is expressed on pre-B cells, immature B cells, plasma cells, and malignant plasma cells, to the exclusion of mature circulating B cells. Syndecan-1 is also expressed on vascular smooth muscle, endothelial, neural, and embryonic mesenchymal cells. It is involved in cellular proliferation, cellular migration, and acts as an extracellular matrix receptor. Among the hematopoietic elements, CD138 is a useful marker for plasma cells.

Anti-PBX4 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 350)
Supplier: Bioss
Pbx 1, 2, 3 and 4 are members of the TALE (three amino acid loop extension) family of homeodomain-containing proteins. Human pre-B cell acute leukemias are frequently associated with a t(1;19)(q23;p13.3) chromosomal rearrangement, which creates a chimeric gene encoding a fusion between the E2A and Pbx 1 gene products. Pbx 2 and Pbx 3 share 92% and 94% respective identities with Pbx 1 over a 266 amino acid region flanking their homeobox domains, while all three proteins are quite divergent at their amino- and carboxy-termini. Two forms of Pbx 1 and Pbx 3 each differ primarily in their carboxy-termini and result from alternative mRNA splicing. Unlike other homeotic selector genes which are expressed transiently during development and differentiation, Pbx gene transcripts are ubiquitously expressed in both fetal and adult tissues and cell lines. Additionally, Pbx 2 and Pbx 3 transcripts are detected in lymphoid cells, which do not express Pbx 1. Pbx 4 expression is confined to the testis, especially to spermatocytes in the pachytene stage of the first meiotic prophase.
