Anti-RDX Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 647)

Supplier: Bioss

Radixin is a cytoskeletal protein that may be important in linking actin to the plasma membrane. It is highly similar in sequence to both ezrin and moesin. The radixin gene has been localized by fluorescence in situ hybridization to 11q23. A truncated version representing a pseudogene (RDXP2) was assigned to Xp21.3. Another pseudogene that seemed to lack introns (RDXP1) was mapped to 11p by Southern and PCR analyses. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Anti-LRP130 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 647)

Supplier: Bioss

Leucine-rich protein (LRP130) is a cytoplasmic mRNA-binding protein likely to be involved in the processing of mitochondrial DNA transcripts. Defects in the LRPPRC gene that encodes LRP130 result in the French-Canadian type of Leigh syndrome, a severe neurological disorder characterized by lesions in the subcortical region of the brain. LRP130 also interacts with the low-affinity receptor for leukemia inhibitory factor to produce an intracelluar signal cascade.

Anti-Prickle Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 647)

Supplier: Bioss

Prickle1 is an 831 amino acid protein that contains one PET domain and three LIM zinc-binding domains and localizes to the cytoplasm, as well as to the nuclear membrane. Expressed at higher levels in placenta and at lower levels in liver, brain, kidney, lung and pancreas, Prickle1 is thought to function as a nuclear receptor that interacts with NRSF, a silencer protein that binds the DNA sequence element NRSE (neuron-restrictive silencer element). Defects in the gene encoding Prickle1 are associated with autosomal recessive progressive myoclonic epilepsy-1B, which is characterized by quick jerks of the arms, shoulders or legs. The gene encoding Prickle1 maps to human chromosome 12, which encodes over 1,100 genes and comprises approximately 4.5% of the human genome.

Anti-GPR56 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 647)

Supplier: Bioss

G protein-coupled receptors (GPRs or GPCRs), also known as seven transmembrane receptors, heptahelical receptors, or 7TM receptors, are members of the largest protein family and play a role in many different stimulus-response pathways. G-protein coupled receptors mediate extracellular signals into intracellular signals (G-protein activation). They respond to a great variety of signaling molecules, including hormones, neurotransmitters and other proteins and peptides. GPR proteins are integral seven-pass membrane proteins with some conserved amino acid regions. G-protein coupled receptor 56 (GPR56), also designated TM7XN1 protein, contains one GPS domain. GPR56 plays an important role in cell-cell interactions and is widely expressed, with highest levels detected in brain, heart and thyroid gland. Defects in the gene encoding for GPR56 can cause bilateral frontoparietal polymicrogyria (BFPP) which is characterized by disorganized cortical lamination.

Anti-C3ORF62 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 647)

Supplier: Bioss

C3orf62 (chromosome 3 open reading frame 62) is a 267 amino acid protein encoded by a gene that maps to human chromosome 3p21.31. Chromosome 3 is made up of approximately 214 million bases encoding over 1,100 genes. Notably, there is a chemokine receptor gene cluster and a variety of human cancer related loci on chromosome 3. Particular regions of the chromosome 3 short arm are deleted in many types of cancer cells. Key tumor suppressing genes on chromosome 3 encode apoptosis mediator RASSF1, cell migration regulator HYAL1 and angiogenesis suppressor SEMA3B. Marfan Syndrome, porphyria, von Hippel-Lindau syndrome, osteogenesis imperfecta and Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease are a few of the numerous genetic diseases associated with chromosome 3.

Anti-OIF Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 647)

Supplier: Bioss

The small leucine-rich proteoglycan (SLRP) family of proteins contains various proteins such as Decorin, Biglycan, Fibromodulin, Keratocan, Lumican, Osteoadherin and Osteoglycin. These proteins all have similar functions as they all mediate extracellular matrix organization and act as binding partners of TGF beta. Osteoglycin, which also may be designated osteoinductive factor (OIF), is a secreted protein detected in bone tissues. Osteoglycin induces the formation of bone in conjunction with either TGF-beta-1 or TGF-beta-2. The precursor form of the OGN gene product, designated Mimecan, is subject to in situ proteolytic cleavage to yield the mature Osteoglycin.

Anti-TH Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 647)

Supplier: Bioss

Neuronal MarkerTyrosine hydroxylase is involved in the conversion of tyrosine to dopamine. As the rate-limiting enzyme in the synthesis of catecholamines, tyrosine hydroxylase has a key role in the physiology of adrenergic neurons. Tyrosine hydroxylase is regularly used as a marker for dopaminergic neurons, which is particularly relevant for research into Parkinson's disease.

Anti-ASPSCR1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 647)

Supplier: Bioss

Glut4 is a twelve pass transmembrane protein (12TM) whose carboxy-terminus may dictate its cellular localization. Aberrant Glut4 expression has been suggested to contribute to such maladies as obesity and diabetes. Glut4 null mice have shown that while functional Glut4 protein is not required for maintaining normal glucose levels, it is necessary for sustained growth, normal cellular glucose, fat metabolism and prolonged longevity. TUG (ASPL in humans) regulates the trafficking of glucose via Glut4. Full-length TUG forms a complex with Glut4 and in 3T3-L1 adipocytes and this complex is present in unstimulated cells and is disassembled by insulin. TUG acts by trapping endocytosed Glut4 and tethering it intracellularly. Insulin mobilizes this pool of retained Glut4 by releasing the tether.

Anti-STAT1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 647)

Supplier: Bioss

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the STAT protein family. In response to cytokines and growth factors, STAT family members are phosphorylated by the receptor associated kinases, and then form homo- or heterodimers that translocate to the cell nucleus where they act as transcription activators. This protein can be activated by various ligands including interferon-alpha, interferon-gamma, EGF, PDGF and IL6. This protein mediates the expression of a variety of genes, which is thought to be important for cell viability in response to different cell stimuli and pathogens. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been described. [provided by RefSeq].

Anti-TNNI3K Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 647)

Supplier: Bioss

TNNI3K, also known as CARK, is a 936 amino acid serine/threonine-protein kinase that is highly expressed in heart. Overexpression of TNNI3K leads to improved cardiac function by enhancing beating frequency and increasing contractile force and epinephrine response. TNNI3K suppresses phosphorylation of cardiac troponin I and p38/JNK-mediated apoptosis, therefore protecting the myocardium from ischemic injury. Administration of TNNI3K to mice with myocardial infarction improves cardiac performance and attentuates ventricular remodeling, suggesting that TNNI3K could be a promising target in the treatment of cardiac diseases. There are four isoforms of TNNI3K that are produced as a result of alternative splicing events.
