Gold 550 dUTP
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Gold 550 [Cyanine-3E] dUTP is a cyanine-3 derivative with enhanced spectral properties. This nucleotide analogue can replace TTP in reactions in which it serves as a substrate for E.coli DNA polymerase (holoenzyme and Klenow fragment), T4 and Taq DNA polymerases, reverse transcriptase (from AMV and M-MuLV) and terminal transferase.

Anti-LAG3 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
The lymphocyte activation gene-3 (LAG-3, CD223), a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily (IgSF) related to CD4, binds to the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II molecules but with higher affinity than CD4. Several alternative mRNA splice-variants of human LAG-3 have been described, two of them encoding potential secreted forms: LAG-3V1 (i.e. the D1-D2 domains of the protein, 36 kDa) and LAG-3V3 (D1-D3, 52 kDa). The longer form was detected by ELISA in the serum of healthy individuals as well as of tuberculosis patients with a favorable outcome. LAG-3 expression by T cell clones correlated with IFN-γ production, and hence soluble LAG-3 has been suggested as a serological marker of Th1 responses.

Cytochalasin D (from Zygosporium mansoni) ≥97% (by HPLC, TLC)
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Cytochalasin D is a cell-permeable fungal toxin which binds to the barbed end of actin filaments inhibiting both the association and dissociation of subunits. It causes the disruption of actin filaments and inhibition of actin polymerization. It is about 10-fold more effective than cytochalasin B and does not inhibit monosaccharide transport across cell membranes. Inactivates low conductance K+ channels. Modulates CD4 cross-linking in T-lymphocytes and increases intracellular Ca2+ levels. Exhibits antitumor activity. Induces apoptosis.

Anti-MEK1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
MEK is a dual specificity kinase capable of phosphorylating both tyrosine and threonine residues. The MEK family, which is also known as MAP kinase kinase, phosphorylates MAP kinases on the conserved T-X-Y motif; phosphorylation of MAPK by MEK results in an increase in MAPK activity. MEK is involved in a diverse array of cellular processes such as stress-activated response, apoptosis, cytokine-induced cell proliferation, and DNA recombination during meiosis.

Anti-CRYAA Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Alpha-crystallins composed of alpha A (~20 kDa) and alpha B (~20 kDa) subunits, are major water-soluble proteins accounting for almost 50% of total protein in the mammalian transparent eye lens and they are also found in a variety of other tissues. The two other crystallin families, beta and gamma, are homologous to each other but not to the alpha family or the sHsp's. Alpha-crystallins are also referred to as small heat shock proteins, since they are induced by increased temperature in a variety of organisms. The alpha-crystallins have sequence homology as well as structural and functional similarities with the small Hsp's such as Hsp25/27. Most small heat shock proteins have four common structural and functional features: (i) molecular weight between 12 and 43kDa; (ii) the formation of large oligomeric complexes composed of alphaA-crystallin, alphaB-crystallin and Hsp25/27; (iii) the moderately conserved alpha-crystallin domain in the central region of the protein; and (iv) molecular chaperone activity. The alpha-crystallin domain comprises approximately 90 residues, is bounded by variable N-terminal and C-terminal extensions and is involved in oligomer assembly. Oligomers can reach 800kDa or more and are dynamic, exhibiting subunit exchanges and organizational plasticity, possibly leading to functional diversity. Phosphorylation of serine residues occurs during development and in response to stress, and usually decreases oligomer size. Chaperone activity requires, and is modulated by, oligomerization and is limited to binding unfolded intermediates to prevent irreversible aggregation, although productive release and refolding of denatured proteins requires close cooperation with other chaperones. Other proposed functions include a role in membrane stabilization and modulation of intermediate filament organization during physiological stress and neurodegenerative disease.
