Polyspring inserts for 2 ml vials, level 2 high-throughput, SureSTART™

Use Thermo Scientific™ polyspring plastic inserts with 2 ml screw, crimp, or snap vials to maximise injection volume when analysing <2 ml samples.

The integral polyspring at the bottom of the insert centres the insert in the vials, ensures a good seal with the vials cap, and provides a cushion against needle contact. These plastic inserts have a small total volume capacity of <400 μl and a minimum residual volume of 2 µl. When placed and sealed inside a 2 ml vials, microsamples can be used in conventional autosampler trays. These inserts are performance level 2, which means they were designed to ensure high quality data with an uninterrupted workflow in high-throughput applications. They are specification certified to ensure physical dimensions.
