These Masterflex® particle tolerant solenoid valves feature a apecial Perfluor™ soft elastomer diaphragm and seals, which are forgiving of particulate matter that would typically damage a plastic valve seat. Valves are constructed with a PEEK body, PTFE diaphragm, Perfluor seat and seal, and ceramic stem. Choose from two-way normally closed valves, two-way normally open valves, and three-way valve options.
