JAK/STAT pathway inhibitor. Inhibits IFN-γ mediated expression of the reporter gene (IC₅₀ values are 5,4 to 10,8 μM). Inhibits COX-2 and NOS II expression (IC₅₀ =10,8 μM). Inhibits iNOS-dependent NO production.
