in vivo-jetPEI® is geschikt als een toedieningsvoertuig voor therapeutische benaderingen, waaronder gentherapie, genetische vaccinatie, immuuntherapie en kankerbehandeling.

Since 1st of September 2021 Polyplus-Tranfection changed product part numbers. Products are remaining the same and the change is only related to the product part number. New product part numbers have symbol 'New'. For duplicated products with symbol 'telephone' please be informed that it’s the same product but with previous part number which we will only offer till the end of stock.

Certifications: Polyplus-transfection® has been an ISO 9001 accredited company since 2002. Since then this certification has been successfully renewed every three years.

Each lot of in vivo-jetPEI® is validated by DNA (pCMV-Luciferase) delivery into mouse through intravenous injection. The amount of luciferase (ng) per mg of protein is indicated on the Certificate of Analysis for each lot of reagent. Moreover, absence of endotoxin is verified in every lot of in vivo-jetPEI®.

Delivery: 10% glucoseoplossing meegeleverd. 0,1 ml van in vivo-jetPEI®-leveringsreagens is voldoende voor maximaal 20 intraveneuze injecties in muis met 50 µg DNA.
