The serum-free medium is used to support the growth of T-cells activated with immobilized anti-CD3 antibody. Interleukin-2 is a necessary component for a successful culture. This formulation has been shown to work with the following cell types: CIK/DC-CIK cell lines, T-cells, CAR-T, TCR-T and TIL.
