Protein kinase substrate

This peptide, biotin-Ahx-KKSRGDYMTMQIG, is derived from mouse insulin receptor 1 and is a substrate for Axl, DDR2, Mst1, and JAK2 kinases. The biotin allows peptide to be used in kinase assays with streptavidin-bound membranes.
