Recommended concentration to be used in vitro for maintenance of sympathetic and immature sensory nerve cells is 50 - 100 ng/ml medium.
• Reconstitution instructions:
  Dilute in sterile water or DMEM to a concentration of at least 10 µg/ ml and store at –80 °C before use. Medium containing NGF cannot be reused due to NGF degradation.
