Aprotinin is a single chain polypeptide (58 amino-acids) crosslinked by three disulfide bridges, showing competitive and reversible inhibiton of proteolytic and esterolytic activity. Aprotinin forms stable complexes with, and blocks the active sites of serine protease enzymes. It is found in bovine lymph nodes, lung, parotid gland, spleen, liver, pancreas, seminal vesicles, thyroid gland, kidney, mucous membranes of the trachea and esophagus, ovaries, heart, posterior pituitary and cartilage.
Aprotinin is a competitive serine protease inhibitor that inhibits trypsin, chymotrypsin, kallikrein and plasmin. Aprotinin forms stable complexes with and blocks the active sites of enzymes. Binding is reversible with most aprotinin-protease complexes dissociating at pH >10 or < 3.

Aprotinin is used as a proteolytic inhibitor in radioimmunoassays of polypeptide hormones.

Agarose High Resolution is an intermediate melting agarose with approximately twice the resolution capability of routine agarose. It is a purified linear galactan hydrocolloid isolated from agar or agar-bearing marine algae. It is ideal for the resolution of small DNA fragments in the range 20 bp to 2000 bp.
Agarose high resolution is an intermediate melting and gelling point agarose which exhibits superior sieving characteristics. It is recommended for analytical gels of DNA fragments under 1000 bp and is ideal for small DNA fragments down to 20 bp can be separated on 6 % gels. Rabphilin-3AL (rabphilin-3A-like), also known as RPH3AL or NOC2, is a cytoplasmic Rab GTPase effector. It contains one FYVE-type zinc finger and one Rab-binding (RBD) domain, but unlike its related protein, rabphilin-3A, rabphilin-3AL does not contain any C2 domains. Rabphilin-3AL is expressed in a variety of tissues, with highest levels found in kidney, skeletal muscle, pancreas, liver, ovary, stomach, heart and thyroid.
