The HiBind® DNA Maxi column facilitates the binding, washing, and elution steps, thus enabling multiple samples to be simultaneously processed. Although yields vary according to plasmid copy number, E.coli strain, and conditions of growth, 50 to 200 ml of overnight culture in LB medium typically produces 0,5 to 1 mg of high copy number plasmid DNA.
