Fitted with adjustable shelf runners, removable plated wire grid shelves and ventilation holes. Insulated models (IWC) give energy savings of over 30% compared to the non-insulated range (DC). Heated by Incoloy sheathed elements in the base of the unit. The 500 and 1000 litre models have fan assistance as standard. All units have toughened glass doors; 125 and 250 litre models have sliding doors and the 500 and 1000 litre models have hinged doors. Units are controlled via a direct reading thermostat with calibrated scale and tamper-proof lock. The units also have an illuminated mains switch with heat indicator.

The control system comprises of a direct reading thermostat and over-temperature thermostat both with calibrated scales and tamper-proof locks. They also include an illuminated mains switch with heat and overheat indicators.
