T-Cell Intracellular Antigen-1 is a cytoplasmic granule-associated protein expressed in lymphocytes processing cytolytic potential. It is a member of an RNA-binding protein family and possesses nucleolytic activity against cytotoxic lymphocyte (CTL) target cells.
