5-Methoxyuridine-5'-Triphosphate is a modified NTP for incorporation into messenger RNAs (mRNA) by in vitro transcription using T7 RNA Polymerase. Incorporation of 5-Methoxyuridine can reduce the immunostimulatory effects of the resulting mRNAs.
