Calibration thermostats have been designed for applications in calibration laboratories such as ISO, DKD, NAMAS, UKAS and conform to the requirements according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. Units offer excellent temperature stability and distribution over a wide temperature range in the test chamber. They have a height adjustable usable space and a separate pre-chamber. All models have an RS232 interface. Connection for PT100 reference sensor except RE 212 J.
- Temperature uniformity of ±0,01 K
- RE models have a vario pump with 5 output steps, PJL units have varioflex pressure pump with 8 selectable output steps and UB models have a pressure pump
- RE models can be used at temperatures below ambient, RE 212 J has the E 200 controller, and RE 312 J has the more sophisticated E 300 controller
- PJL and UB -JL models can be used with the DLK 45 flow through cooler down to −40 °C
The overflow principle provides excellent temperature uniformity, the pump moves the bath liquid to the usable space. The level overflow ensures that the level is constant in the testing chamber. As the liquid level in the usable space can be changed a variety of test objects can be immersed and calibrated in accordance with the relevant standards.
Maximum pump capacities:
RE-J 17 L/min, 400 mbar pressure
PJ or PJL 25 L/min, 800 mbar pressure
** with an external cooling source
*** the unit is 56 mm higher with the Command console.
