This 30 Minute IHC DAB Detection System is a powerful intensification system that significantly enhances chromogenic signals. This system can be integrated into standard immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining methods and results in a significant increase in sensitivity compared to standard IHC detection methods, while maintaining similar specificity.

- Linker 1: Introduces HRP into the system

- Enhanced detection with tracer: Tracer introduces both Streptavidin and additional HRP for amplified signal detection
- Versatile detection: linkers can be detected using Streptavidin Peroxidase conjugate followed by a DAB chromogen solution
- High sensitivity: HRP catalyses the reaction, allowing for clear visualisation of the target on tissue sections or cell preparations
All reagent components are formulated without Sodium azide or Thimerosol as preservatives. The reagents are provided in ready-to-use, with the exception of Stable DAB/Plus.
