BIOshell™ 400 Å Protein C18 columns contain 3,4 µm advanced Fused-Core® particles with 400 Å pores that are specifically engineered to provide efficient separation of large proteins.
- A 0,2 µm-thick pourous shell with 400 Å pores leads to rapid and efficient separation of proteins
- Superficial porous particles (SPPs) provide narrower peak widths and imprved resolution for characterisation of biomolecules in comparison to fully porous particles (FPPs)
- Ability to tolerate high temperature applications (up to 90 °C) in acidic mobile phase
- Compatible with UHPLC, HPLC and MS
These columns offer maximum hydrophobicity for resolving tricky hydrophilic and PEGylated proteins.
