Ascentis® Express OH5 high-speed, high-performance liquid chromatography columns are based on the highly efficient Fused-Core® particle design.
The Ascentis® Express OH5 stationary phase is a highly polar ligand that possesses 5 hydroxyl group tethered to the silica via novel proprietary linkage chemistry.
The high performance material provides a column that can be used for traditional normal phase separations using non-polar, totally organic mobile phases of for aqueous normal phase chromatography with the typical mobile phases for hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) of basic, acidic, zwitterionic or neutral compounds.
