CPC columns use approximately five times less solvent than more traditional columns, saving you money on solvent and disposal costs. Likewise, the reusable columns eliminates column replacement and silica recycling costs. CPC columns offer high sample injection capacities from milligrams to kilograms. With these injection rates, achieve 95% recoveries with greater than 99% purity because there is no irreversible absorption or denaturation of fragile molecules as in other methods. CPC columns tackle tough separations of complex samples in a single step without prior purification, making it an ideal choice for natural product isolation, protein purification, and more. Choose from a variety of injection capacities and flow rates to optimise your purification with the CPC. All CPC columns can be connected to either a PLC purification system or a Gilson modular HPLC system in place of a traditional column.
