CGH labelling kit for BAC arrays has been optimised to label DNA for dual sample comparative genomic hybridisation (CGH) assays on BAC arrays. It is suitable for the preparation of cyanine 3- and cyanine 5-labelled DNA for hybridisation to BAC arrays.

CGH labelling kit for BAC arrays has been specifically tailored to meet the varying requirements of individual laboratories by providing sufficient amount of reagents for two different protocols.

The standard protocol of 50 µl reaction volume requires four hours and dilute DNA (≤20 ng/µl). 100 µl reaction volume requires four to 16 hours of labelling time.

Delivery: Supplied with primers/reaction buffer (2×400 µl), cyanine 3-dUTP nucleotide mix (2×50 µl), cyanine 5-dUTP nucleotide mix (2×50 µl), Klenow Exo-DNA polymerase (1×20 µl), stop buffer (1×100 µl) and nuclease-free water (1×1 ml).
