About this item

Hearing impairment is a heterogeneous condition with over 40 loci described. DFNA5 is expressed in fetal cochlea, however, its function is not known. Nonsyndromic hearing impairment is associated with a mutation in its gene.

Antibody is purified by protein A chromatography method.

Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 100 μL of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL.

Aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
