LYSO-ID® Red Detection Kit (GFP-CERTIFIED®) is an acidic organelle-selective dye for live cell staining of lysosomes. It is an ideal choice for fluorescence co-localisation imaging with GFP-tagged proteins and providing spectrally pure red signal.

No photo conversion to a green emitting dye
No complicating metachromatic dual emission artifacts, facilitating analysis with GFP, FITC and other fluorescent probes
Highly resistant to photobleaching and concentration quenching
Ensures strong and consistent fluorescence signal, even after extended viewing periods

LYSO-ID® Red Detection Kit is for use with GFP-expressing cell lines, as well as cells expressing blue, cyan or yellow fluorescent proteins.

Delivery: Kit contains LYSO-ID® Red Detection Reagent, Hoechst 33342 nuclear stain, chloroquine control and 10X assay buffer.
