The RIPA liquid cell lysis buffer composes of 50 mM TRIS-hydrogen chloride, pH 7,4, containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 1 mM EDTA, 1 mM EGTA, 1,2% Triton X-100, 0,5% sodium deoxycholate, and 0,1% SDS.
