Manual positive displacement pump for filling, emptying, and transferring liquids between canisters and barrels. Positive pressure is produced using a manual piston and forces the liquid out of the container. Small quantities of liquid can also be drained off with the drain cock. The pump is fitted onto the barrel with a flexible, variable diameter plug. No special thread adapters are needed.
