These needle valves are perfect for use with peristaltic pump fluid transfer applications, mass spectrometry and fraction collection. Inline cartridge check valves are designed to limit flow in one direction and deliver a low cracking pressure. Ideal placement for these valves would be on the effluent side of the column to prevent post-column derivatisation agents from flowing back and poisoning the column if the HPLC mobile phase pump were to shut down.

The high pressure manual rotary valves are made from PTFE with a PCTFE rotor with a bore size of 0,8 mm making them ideal for pressure applications up to 500 psi. They are available in four and five port versions. All ports are 1/4"-28 UNF flat-bottom and will accept any 1/4"-28 UNF male fitting.
