These multi-purpose medium round hard wire cutters feature stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance and carbide inserts for maximum blade life. Hard wire cutting capacity is 0.010 to 0.020". The grips are soft cushioned foam and have a surface resistivity of 10¹⁰ ohms/sq. Interestingly, the 149AT is a compound-action cutter, which requires much less force to operate.
