VWR® TraceClean® 40 ml Vials

Type I borosilicate glass vials are for use in volatile organic analyses and are prepared in a solvent-free facility to prevent possible volatile contamination.

Vials are available with polypropylene open-top or solid-top caps.

Processed (PC) and Quality-Assured® (QA) vials follow EPA cleaning procedures listed in the OSWER Directive 9240.0-05A 'Specifications and Guidance for Contaminant-Free Sample Containers'. QA vials include a Certificate of Analysis in every case. QA vials also include bar codes with lot number and individual container number for complete traceability. Not Processed (NPC) vials do not receive the specialty cleaning process. All cases are custody-sealed to ensure content integrity.

Solid-top caps feature fluoropolymer resin liners. Open-top caps feature ultrasonically bonded 3.1 mm (¹/₈") fluoropolymer resin/silicone septa.
