Duospore® Biological Indicators, Propper

These indicators monitor the effectiveness of sterilization procedures, for use in steam, ethylene oxide gas, or dry heat. They have an incubation time of 48 hours. Each envelope contains two test strips and one control strip.

Duo Spore® Biological Indicator monitor sterilization cycles in all clinical and non-clinical settings. Prepared from Geobacillus stearothermophilus and Bacillus atrophaeus, Duo Spore® indicators are suitable for steam, ethylene oxide or dry heat sterilization cycles. Each test envelope contains 2 test strips and 1 control strip in two color separated pouches. Process using Tryptic Soy Broth (TSB) culture media in your facility. Propper Tryptic Soy Broth features a higher spore recovery rate, providing for a more dependable test. D-values and Survival/Kill performance data supplied with each unit are in compliance with U.S. Pharmacopeia requirements.
