Ideal tool for use in cleaning validation of equipment used in the manufacture of APIs, excipients, and drugs

Swabs are cleaned to a TOC level of <50µg/L. The double-layered, double-knit polyester head provides excellent recovery rates by entrapping samples in the knit structure without adhering to the sample, allowing complete release into the diluent. Swabs have a large head that provides firm support for sampling broad areas and flat surfaces. The break-away handle, made from polypropylene, allows the swab head to be placed into a sampling vial with minimal handling.
