Explosion-proof stirrers for safe mixing of all types of solvents, lacquers, and volatile chemicals

Needle valve allows user to vary mixing speed. A special muffler ensures quiet operation. A number of non-reversible models are available for high speed, general purpose, and high torque mixing applications. Model A — Low-cost, light-duty stirrer ideal for stirring all types of solvents, lacquers, oils, synthetics, and chemicals. Temperature range: ambient to 120°C (250°F). Model A-5 — Similar to Model A, but ¹/₂ hp motor provides more power and is recommended for larger batches. Temperature range: ambient to 120°C (250°F).

Model G — General purpose stirrer specially designed for use with more viscous materials. Provides speed with power. A more constant speed is attained through a 7 to 1 gear reduction, thus lowering speed fluctuations due to changes in air pressure.

Model G-HD — Similar to Model G but has as a heavy-duty gear reduction unit for continuous agitation of highly viscous materials.

Model G-5 — Similar to Model G but comes with heavy-duty gear reduction unit. The ¹/₂ hp motor provides added power for continuous agitation of highly viscous materials.

Model GG — A high torque, low rpm stirrer specifically designed to maintain constant low speed.

 : Each stirrer is equipped with 25.4cm (10") long support rod, detachable stainless steel shaft and propeller assembly, and a 1.2m (4') air hose with double fittings.
