Plug-in bench-type variable transformers provide linear, efficient non-distorted control and can be used wherever variable AC voltage is required

Units feature a ventilated steel case, a 1.8m (6') three-conductor grounded line cord, fused NEMA rated receptacle, and an illuminated on/off rocker switch. Graduated dial controls output voltage from 0 to 117% of the voltage setting. Metered unit 62546-053 comes with a pivot voltmeter with ±5% full scale accuracy, conveniently located atop the enclosure for easy readout.
