Process2Clean® 1 liquid alkaline agent is formulated with potassium hydroxide, surfactants, and other essential cleaning ingredients. Process2Clean® 2 liquid agent is an acidic based detergent. Both agents are capable of removing a wide array of proteins, excipients, fine chemicals, silicones, oils, petrolatum, polymers, and most types of organics.
Process2Clean® 3 hyodroxyacetic acid detergent is formulated with phosphoric acid, surfactants, and other essential cleaning ingredients. This agent is extremely effective in removing residues including a wide array of inorganic salts, scales, particulate carbon, urine scales (on polycarbonates, stainless steel, and other caging materials), proteins, excipients, fine chemicals, silicones, oils, petrolatum, polymers and most types of organics. Process2Clean® 4 and Process2Clean® 6 liquid agents are effective in cleaning ointments, creams, oils, waxes, greases, and petrolatum-based products. Both cleaning agents are designed for use in low-energy agitated immersion systems, pressure spray applications, or manual washing applications. Process2Clean® 5 liquid agent is designed specifically for use in recirculation and high-pressure cleaning applications. This agent is effective in removing a wide array of residues including oils, waxes, grease, and petrolatum.
Routine use of Process2Clean® 2 and 3 agents reduces corrosion, pitting, and rusting.
