SatPax® 1000 nonwoven polyester/cellulose wipers are saturated with semiconductor grade isopropyl alcohol and deionized water. Knitted polyester wipers are cleanroom laundered and are presaturated with a blend of semiconductor grade isopropyl alcohol and reverse osmosis deionized water filtered to 0.1 µm.

Certificaciones: ISO Class 5 – 8. Cleanroom Class 100 – 100 000. EU Grade B/C/D. USP 797.
