Acerca de este artículo

These continuous-filament 100% knitted polyester wipers are designed for critical cleanroom applications. Tubular construction yields only two open edges, which are heat-sealed to prevent contamination. No adhesives, which could extract and contaminate, are used in the heat-sealing process. Abrasion- and chemical-resistant. Double-ply thickness. Recommended for use in ISO Class 3 (FED-STD-209E Class 1/M1.5) environments. Wipers are laundered and packaged in an ISO Class 4 (FED-STD-209E Class 10/M2.5) cleanroom and double-wrapped to ensure cleanliness. Wipers are stacked.

  • Critically low particles, fibers, ions, and extractables
  • High absorbency
  • Pinsonic design adds surface texture to aid in stubborn residue removal
  • Abrasion- and chemical-resistant, double-ply thickness
  • Patented sealed edge process combined with tubular design offers excellent abrasion resistance for the toughest cleaning applications
