Masterflex panel mount pump systems feature the flexibility of peristaltic pump technology and are designed for simple integration into system control panels for fluid transfer applications.

The Masterflex® I/P® Easy-Load® pump head combines an over-center cam with automatic tubing retention in a rugged, chemical-resistant housing. This design allows fast, easy tubing changes without removing the pump head from the drive and accommodates multiple tubing sizes. This is coupled to with a 24 V BLDC drive gearmotor with 0 - 5 VDC speed control, and direction control for precision control of process requirements.

The brushless DC motors design provides a low maintenance solution, perfect for applications where a long lifetime is needed.
