Your LabWater systems is a critical part of your operations, to maintain uptime and reliability ELGA can provide flexible service and support focused on your needs. At ELGA, we offer a variety of services and technical support to manage your pure water needs. When you buy a water purification system from ELGA, you will benefit from our comprehensive range of services to suit your needs and designed to support your system. Our Factory trained service technicians will apply their expertise to the installation, validation, maintenance and Operator training so you and your staff can operate your ELGA water purification system with confidence.

Installation and Validation–Includes installation plus completion of an FDA approved Validation protocol including the certified instrumentation required to complete each section including installation qualification (IQ) and operation qualification (OQ). Please note: Validation Documentation purchased separately.

Preventative Maintenance–Provides an annual service to sanitize, change recommended consumables, update and train your lab staff as well as perform system tests and calibration in line with National standards to ensure your systems uptime is maintained for another 12 months.

Extended Warranty–offers you peace of mind with up to an additional 1 or 2 years on top of the original warranty covering parts and labor for any manufactures issues that may occur during this time.

Extended Warranty Plus–Includes extended warranty terms for 1 additional year on top of the original warranty plus an annual preventative maintence for the first two years.

 : For Western Canada only. Scheduling of service will occur upon a mutually agreed date once ordered. Consumables and Validation documentation not included. Additional travel charges may be incurred if not within 75 miles of a service center. Pre-Installation utility requirements must be met prior to scheduling installation.
